Couples Therapy

Finding new paths together

Couples therapy – an active step for your relationship

Every relationship goes through phases when mutual understanding becomes harder. Couples therapy offers a space where both partners are heard and new ways forward can be found together.

As a licensed psychotherapist specialising in CBT, I work in a solution-oriented, structured, and appreciative way. I place great importance on being impartial and giving both partners equal space.

Couple holding hands – couples therapy

Couples therapy topics include:

Recurring conflicts, destructive arguments, or power struggles
Communication problems or emotional distance
Infidelity, breach of trust, or jealousy
Decision-making challenges (e.g. should we separate?)
Sexuality, closeness, and intimacy
Stress from external pressures (work, family, illness)
Challenges with long-distance relationships
Life transitions (e.g. becoming parents)

Couples who are separating or have separated can also benefit from guided conversations – especially when children are involved.

Online couples therapy – flexible & location-independent

Couples in long-distance relationships face a particular challenge: they cannot attend a practice together. For them, the online setting is often the only way to get support as a couple at all.

Couples in the same city benefit too: no travelling to a practice, no shared commute. Sessions can even be held on separate devices from separate rooms if that suits you better.

All sessions take place via encrypted, GDPR-compliant video call.

Structure & Fees

  • 1.Initial session (50 min) – Getting to know each other, clarifying your concerns and shared goals. €150
  • 2.Follow-up sessions (75 min) – Individually scheduled, at a pace that suits both of you. €230 per session

Couples therapy is a private-pay service and is not covered by health insurance.
